At Teju Masala, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every spice blend; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect deliveries. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a resolution for your order.

Our quality control team will review your claim within 2 business days to verify the issue against our shipping records.
- 3.Approval & Instructions
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email detailing whether a return shipment is required or if a direct replacement is issued.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
We will dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite masalas or process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
